“Tsudoi Bachi” means a “gathering bowl”. These dishes are designed for a table with family and friends, to fit perfectly for a pleasant gathering. From various shapes of Japanese traditional dishes, they are re-designed the sizes and colors for everyday dining.
This flower-shaped long bowl has a semi-matte texture & delicate white color, and is suitable for various cuisines. It makes a simple food beautiful with its petal shaped edge. It is produced in Gifu Prefecture where Mino pottery is famous. Having long history, the manufacturers actively produce pottery with the best knowledges and techniques in this area.

About Glaze
The glaze on each dish is individually different even it is in a same shape. This is because it is remained in natural texture from the kiln, which changes every day depending on the temperature or humidity. Please enjoy the uniqueness of each piece.
